Understanding Usage

Lurk uses usage-based limits to keep plans simple and predictable. Depending on your plan, certain actions may count against your monthly usage allowance. This can include things like running Signal Search, refreshing results, or using other metered features inside the product.

What counts toward usage

Usage may be counted when you:
  • run a new Signal Search
  • re-run or refresh a previous search
  • use a metered terminal or intelligence feature
  • perform another action marked as usage-based inside Lurk
Each usage-based action consumes from your monthly allowance.

Monthly limits by plan

Your plan determines how much included usage you receive each month.
  • Lurk Standard: 10 included monthly usage
  • Lurk Plus: 150 included monthly usage
  • Lurk Pro: 600 included monthly usage
Your exact allowance is shown on your billing or account page.

What happens when you reach your limit

If you reach your monthly limit, Lurk may restrict additional usage, offer pay-as-you-go usage, or prompt you to upgrade depending on your plan. If pay-as-you-go is enabled for your account, additional usage may be billed automatically at the displayed rate.

Managing usage

You can check your current usage from your account or billing page. If you consistently reach your limit, upgrading to a higher plan may be the better option. Higher tiers are designed for users who run more searches, need more frequent research, or rely on Lurk as part of their daily market workflow.
